Electronic data, including emails, is stored on Global Trek Logistic ’s servers and on our software suppliers’ servers, which are located in the USA.
Where we contract with a software supplier who stores data outside of the US, only minimal data is processed, and we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where necessary.
How long is the data stored?
This will depend on the information collected, there are different timeframes for certain data. We are bound by legal and best practice retention periods. When the information is no longer required, we destroy this securely.
